Bella’s Carnivore Gravy
This simple yet deeply satisfying gravy is a carnivore staple, relying on the natural reduction of bone broth and heavy cream to create a thick, pourable sauce without the need for flour or starch. As the mixture simmers, the flavors concentrate into a savory topping that perfectly complements poultry or pork. It’s the ideal way to add a layer of moisture and richness to leaner cuts of meat or homemade carnivore nuggets.

- 1 cup bone broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Salt and seasonings to taste (optional)
In a medium saucepan over low to medium heat, add the bone broth and heavy whipping cream. Stir in salt and seasonings if desired.
Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, and allow it to come to a gentle simmer.
