1. Heat your frying pan over Med/High heat.
2. Sear the lamb shank on all sides.
3. Bring a pot of water (big enough for shank) to a boil.
4. When finished searing lamb shank, drop it into pot
of water.
5. Cover, reduce heat to LOW, cook for 2 hrs.
6. Re-sear the lamb shank for a delicious crust!
