Bella’s hard shell taco

Notes

1. Grate your cheese (I used raw mozzarella).
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Preheat your oven to 400 F.
4. Spread out the cheese into circles (size of the
shells you want).
5. Bake for 10-12 min.
6. You want it hard enough but cooked enough that it is flexible.
7. Golden brown is a good indicator!
8. “Build” a “taco form” by using a utensil suspend- ed between two cups that are the same height. This is to allow the shell to “drape” and cool to form your taco shell shape.
9. Allow the shell to drape over the utensil for about 3-4 mins.
10. This will allow it to harden and cool.
