Bella’s carnivore tuna patties

Notes

1.Clean the fish by removing the scales under running water.
2. Trim the tail and side fins.
3. Place the fish on a plate.
4. Feel free to garnish with salt and any onions/garlic if
you eat it.
5. Bring a large steamer/or a big pan or pot to rolling boil.
6. Place the fish inside to cook for 12 min.
7. After steaming carefully drain the liquid on the plate.
8. Transfer the fish to a new clean plate.
9. Immediately serve the fish hot. Enjoy!
