Bella’s carnivore cheesecake

Notes

1. Bloom gelatin powder in 2 TB water.
2. Whip 1 cup heavy cream into stiff peaks.
3. Mix allulose & cream cheese in separate bowl until smooth.
4. Add 1 TB lemon juice.
5. Slowlyfoldinwhippedcream,lightlymixuntilcombined.
6. For crust, melt butter on low heat in pan.
7. Mix in milk power.
8. Continue on low heat, allow crust to brown (~20 mins).
9. Transfer to parchment paper lined spring cake pan.
10.Evenly spread the crust, place in freezer to harden.
11. Once frozen, spread in the filling and refrigerate (6 hrs).
